Seeking a volunteer for Head Coordinator of Apparel for IMHA
Innisfail Minor Hockey Association
IMHA is currently seeking applications for
Head Coordinator of Apparel
This is a voluntary position within the association that will oversee all aspects of the apparel ordering process for all teams in IMHA. (Please note: this is not a Board position)
The main responsibilities of the position would be as follows:
- Create all teams within the association for IMHA’s TBS Webstore
- Create Team Apparel Managers (TAMs) for each team
- Report back to the IMHA Board
Along with secondary responsibilities (if required):
- Place emergency orders for a player or family
- View all individual orders for the Association
- View production progress for all orders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Excellent computer skills
- Well organized
- Ability to work within set time frames
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Must attend the website training course held by TBS. (Date, time and place yet to be determined)
