REMINDER: 2 days left - Coach/Manager Surveys
Coach & Manager Surveys are now available until December 17th, 2017 @ 11:30pm.
Innisfail Minor Hockey uses the surveys for the following reasons:
- Pass along positive feedback to our volunteer Coaches & Managers
- Help develop our volunteer Coaches & Managers in areas that will improve your child’s experience with hockey
- Hear about positive ideas/approaches that could be shared with other Coaches & Managers
All feedback helps Innisfail Minor Hockey develop our future programs.
Click on the appropriate links below to complete the survey(s) & remember:
- Each survey will take between 2 - 10 minutes depending on level of feedback you wish to pass along
- Coach Surveys can be completed on Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches
- Each survey should be answered with an individual Coach or Manager (i.e. not “Midget A team staff”, “Morty, Paul & Sam ”, etc.)
- Ensure you complete the entire survey for the results to be entered
- The surveys can be completed anonymously
