Directors

In order to begin the registration process for Eaglets you must first have an HCR (Hockey Canada Registration) number.

The best way to do this is to send the following information to innisfailminorhockey@gmail.com

Player's Full Name

Player's Birth Date

Player's Gender

Player's Address - if you live in the country we need your Blue sign address as well as the Legal Land Location.

Contact Number (Cell or Home)

Email Address

Once we have this information you will be able to go to innisfailminorhockey.com and follow the registration process in the top right-hand corner.  You will also need your Respect in Sport once you have your HCR number.

Welcome to the Innisfail Eaglets Program!!

We are a learn-to-skate basic program as an introduction to Hockey. We are based on skill development for the young players.

We are sponsored by our local Tim Horton's. 

Practice times are on Fridays 5pm-6pm, starting October 18 2024. Players will be provided with a sweater and a pair of socks which are to be returned at year end. There will be a check-in to receive your sweater etc. Giving yourself a little extra time this night is beneficial as the first time putting on equipment takes a bit of time.

There will be a parent meeting the first evening, as soon as possible after practice (6:10ish pm), to explain program and answer any questions. 

Coach is Bernie Vanderham as per usual and some parents of the players.

The players require full equipment, important to size the equipment to the size of the player, so they are as comfortable as can be on the ice.

Our season is from October 18th, 2024 to approximately March (dependent on what is happening), with a break at Christmas. So in total approximately 20 ice sessions for the season.

We, as coaches, are looking forward to introducing more young skaters to the Innisfail Minor Hockey Association hockey program.
